Fun Facts About Suzy

Growing up, I was always involved in the performing arts, and fantasized about being a Solid Gold dancer, Casey Kasem, and a member of The Go-Go’s.

In my life I've worked as a bartender, administrative assistant, courier, hotel front desk clerk, retail worker, cocktail waitress, switchboard operator, fast food worker, swimming instructor, shot girl, door girl at Guitar Center, telemarketer, beeper salesperson, warehouse worker, receptionist, and travel agent.

I'm mostly vegetarian, but try to eat vegan as much as I can.

I love true crime shows, documentaries, reading biographies and non-fiction.

I worked as a background actor on shows like Glee, The Big Bang Theory, Grey’s Anatomy, Blackish, How to Get Away with Murder, Masters of Sex, The Mindy Project, Bones, a couple of Lifetime Movies, and lots more.  Blink and you might miss me!

My maternal grandfather was a published author in his 80's of a book of prose.

In my 20's, I worked at a popular oldies radio station in Chicago, where I worked with radio legends Dick Biondi, John Records Landecker, & Fred Winston.  You can hear Dick's and Fred's voices in the John Hughes movies Sixteen Candles and Ferris Bueller's Day off, respectively.

I went from being a bossy, talkative, creative, sensitive child who was always the leader to a quiet, shy, reserved, sensitive, introverted teenager, with lots of insecurities. Today, I am probably a combination of all of the above.

Between the ages of 12-14, I considered becoming a nun.

I'm the daughter of Croatian immigrants and I spent 2 years of my childhood living in Croatia. I have dual American & Croatian citizenship.

In my late teens and early 20's, I was obsessed with the Beatles and Marlon Brando.

My first lead role in a play was playing the Scarecrow in a junior high production of the Wizard of Oz.
